People who work in the city typically choose from two breakfast options to start their day: bagel with cream cheese or eggs on a roll. However, if you are ready to introduce a new item to your morning menu, I have included some healthy fruit smoothies below.

1 cup green California seedless grapes, rinsed
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tsp. sweetened green tea powder

6 oz. ice
6 oz. orange sherbet
4 oz. whole frozen sliced peaches, thawed

1 1/2 cups frozen California grapes
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup vanilla or honey lowfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grape juice
1/4 cup wheat flake cereal

Wild Blueberry Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup apple sauce
4 cups frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt, low-fat
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons brown sugar
garnish: 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt for garnish
garnish: fresh mint

Serving size: 4 drinks
