1/2 cup vanilla or honey lowfat Greek yogurt

1 cup apple sauce
4 cups frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt, low-fat
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons brown sugar
