The Georgia Smash is the next drink to be featured on our summer must have list (the first was The Porch Swing.)
This cocktail has a great balance of Cognac, citrus and Sathenay Creme de Peche. You can stop by The Jaywalk bar in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn or for your next apartment party mix up a few with the recipe included below.

Ingredients:
4-5 Mint leaves
2 lemon wedges
1/4 ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 ounces Simple Syrup
1/5 ounces Sathenay Creme de Peche
2 ounces Pierre Ferrand 1840 Formula Cognac
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Combine Mint Leaves, Lemon Wedges and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients to the cocktail shaker and top with ice. Shake Vigorously. Double strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy!
