If only I could say his name three times and this cocktail would appear. Let’s give it a try. Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice! Wait for it….nothing. Not a problem because we have the full recipe courtesy of Lederhosen NYC included below.
This is a nice drink to enjoy while summer winds down. Soak in the last of the long days as you sip this Beetletini atop your nearest roof. Pairs nicely watching sunsets with friends.
Serving size: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 0
3 oz Vodka or Gin
2 oz Beetlejuice*
1 dash Vermouth Blanco
1 dash olive water
1 dash lemon juice
Start with a cooled down Martini glass. Combine ingredients into shaker with ice and shake 20 times. Strain into Martini glass and garnish with three olives on a stirring straw. Enjoy!
