Our Fall cocktail lineup continues with this delicious pear themed drink. A great balance of spices and speciality spirits make this drink perfect for special occasions or after dinner drinks with your closes friends. Recipe and photo were submitted by 2nd Floor on Clinton on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.

Ingredients:
2 oz Grey Goose pear vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz elderflower cordial
2 cardamom seeds (green)
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes old fashion bitters
1/4 oz egg whites
3 slices of fresh pear
1 oz lemon juice
Directions:
In a shaker, muddle the pear slices with the orange bitters, elderflower and cardamom.
Add all the other ingredients; shake well with ice, then double-strain into a martini glass.
Grate a small amount of fresh cinnamon on top.
Add 2 dashes of Old Fashioned bitters.
Garnish it with a small pear slice.
