Harlem Hops, located on between 133rd and 134th streets on Adam Clayton Powell Avenue is a must visit beer hall if you are uptown Manhattan.
The beer hall has feels roomy with plenty of seats and space to stand and hangout with friends. Harlem Hops also has a backyard patio with a few chairs and tables if you want to take advantage of nice weather.
There is a wide selection of beers including many from small breweries. They also have a small but solid menu offering including spicy guma pies, sausages and a beer hall staple; a very large pretzel.

Harlem Hops
I would recommend visiting Harlem Hops to watch a game on one of their many TVs, afterwork or Sunday Funday.
