Paleo Food: Buffalo Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Poblano peppers have a mild flavor and are excellent for stuffing. The ground buffalo is lean and works well with the mushroom, carrot and celery mixture. I also used salt pork instead of olive oil when cooking for additional flavor (but you can use olive oil if you would like.)  This is a great recipe for those looking to make a paleo meal.

Escape From New York

Flight times from JFK to Buffalo Niagara International Airport will show up as an hour and a half but in reality you are in the air for around fifty minutes.  With travel times under an hour (we will exclude getting to and from the airport, check-in and all that other fun stuff) a weekend trip to western New York should make your travel roster in the near future.

Niagara Falls During The Winter

Full Access NYC, why are you referencing Western New York in your title?  First, I probably shouldn’t be questioning myself to set up some type of engaging response.  Second, I was actually in Niagara Falls and Buffalo this past weekend and got some nice pictures.  Lastly, there are three major airports in the tri-state area and one can take advantage of all the potential travel opportunities these offer.

New York City is one exciting, hectic, almost perpetual motion machine but this comes with a drawback.  It becomes a sensory overload and sometimes you need to step outside of the city to decompress or just see some trees (or in my case a giant waterfall.)
