We are one week into December and the Union Square Farmer’s Market is still going strong. You will notice a shift in products with more root vegetables and an abundance of hot apple cider but the vendors are still out there in the cold offering some of the best produce in the five boroughs. The added benefit of the farmer’s market in the winter is the space is now shared with holiday craft vendors.
