Better late than never, Spring has come to New York City. The jacket threat level has been downgraded to fleece or wind breaker with an occasional need for an umbrella.

Book your flights, train tickets and buses and come on over to the city. The Cherry Blossoms are set to arrive soon and you can see those at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.  You can also head over to Central Park and check out all the flowers coming up which is what I did over the weekend.  If you’re into birdwatching, then the North Woods in the upper western part of the park is a good place to go.
