This drink arrives just in time for the Spring. Add some fresh mint leaves from the garden and enjoy with a couple of your friends. Enjoy! Cocktail by KJ Wiliiam’s, Head Bartender, Flatiron Lounge, NYC.
Ingredients:
2 oz – Plymouth gin
3/4 oz – Velvet Falernum (liqueur from Barbados featuring the notes of ginger, lime and clove)
3/4 oz – lime juice
3-4 mint leaves
3/4 oz – Velvet Falernum (liqueur from Barbados featuring the notes of ginger, lime and clove)
3/4 oz – lime juice
3-4 mint leaves
Serving size: 1

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shake. Double strain into Herbsaint rinsed coupe (Herbsaint is an absinthe substitute from New Orleans, which has a lower proof and higher viscosity than traditional absinthe. However, absinthe may be substituted here)
Garnish with an orange twist and a single mint leaf.
