With the official start of summer, we wanted to add to our cocktail list with The Mary Pickford. This recipe comes to us from The Astor Room in Astoria, Queens. In addition to the great food scene, Queens has some great bars as well.

Mary Pickford (serve in a chilled coupe)
1 ½ oz Denizen aged light Rum
2 dashes Luxardo Maraschino liquor
¼ oz house-made grenadine
1 ½ oz fresh pineapple juice
Add ingredients and ice into a martini shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
